Ola Löhman CEO & partner
Ola is a former Marketing director at KPA Insurance, a bank manager at SEB and holds a European Diploma in Marketing. He have been in the field of CSR since the mid 1990:s.
Ola was responsible for the development and marketing of KPA Insurance & Funds strategy on ethical investments launched in 1997. The first major initiative of ethical investments from a commercial perspective in Sweden.
Ola is the country representative of AccountAbility in Sweden and a member of several advisory councils and have experience from working with global companies such as Nestlé, Microsoft, SEB, Skandia and government led projects such as the working group that created the ethical framework for the Norwegian Pension Fund. Ola have also worked with NGO:s such as Plan International and Save The Children.
Ola is one the authors of the awarded book ”Det ansvarsfulla företaget – CSR i praktiken”.
Pontus Cerin – partner
Pontus is an Associate Professor in Responsible Investments and Corporate Governance. He holds a research position at the Umeå School of Business and at Royal Institute of Technology is active in the Sustainable Investment Research Program – www.sirp.se which has been highly rewarded for its research progress. Pontus is also a board member of several academic journals and is a board member of the Hong Kong based The International Sustainable Development Research Society – www.isdrs.org.
Previously, he worked at Ericsson with external reporting and communication with the ethical investors.
